A person shall not do any of the following:
(A) Point or aim a pneumatic gun or firearm facsimile at another person, or threaten another person with a pneumatic gun or firearm facsimile without the other person's consent.
(B) Discharge a pneumatic gun at, towards or near another person or another person's property without the other person's consent.
(C) Brandish, point, wave about, or display a pneumatic gun or firearm facsimile in a threatening manner with the intent to induce fear in another individual.
(D) Discharge a pneumatic gun while in a public place, or private property generally accessible to and open to the public, without express permission from the owner of that property.
(E) Discharge a pneumatic gun upon private property in a manner which causes the projectile to leave the bounds of the property it was discharged from, without consent of the person with lawful authority over the property the projectile so enters.
(F) Discharge a pneumatic gun from or towards a motor vehicle upon public property or private property open to and generally accessible to the public.
(G) Being under the age of 16 years old, possess a pneumatic gun in a public place, unless under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian or person 18 years of age or older.
(H) Use or possess a pneumatic gun or firearm facsimile in the commission of a crime.
(I) Use or possess a pneumatic gun or firearm facsimile in a weapon free school zone, as defined by state law.
