§ 133.23 SPRING GUNS AND TRAPS.

A person shall not set, nor shall any person permit to be set on property under their control, any spring or other gun, or any trap or device designed to inflict injury, pain, incapacitation or death upon another person and leave or permit the same to be left, except in the immediate presence of and continuously monitored by a competent person.
