§ 133.20 DISCHARGING FIREARMS OR OTHER WEAPONS.
   Unless acting in lawful self-defense, or at a target-shooting range approved by the township, a person shall not:
   (A)   Discharge a sling-shot, bow and arrow, crossbow, compound bow or any other type of device, other than a firearm or pneumatic gun, that discharges or propels any projectile capable of causing death or serious injury within the township, except wholly upon private property, with the permission of the owner or occupant; provided that the projectile does not leave the bounds of the property or otherwise endanger another person.
   (B)   Discharge a firearm at any location within the township, except an area zoned as agricultural AG-1, as long as the firearms are being discharged no less than 150 yards from the nearest structure of an adjacent property and the projectile discharged from the firearm does not leave the bounds of the property.
   (C)   Because of carelessness, recklessness or negligence, but not willfully or wantonly, cause or allow any firearm under his or her control to be discharged so as to destroy or injure the property of another, real or personal.
