The township hereby adopts by reference the following misdemeanor and civil infraction provisions of state statute which are punishable by not more than 93 days in jail.
(A) Chapter 7 of the Michigan Liquor Control Code; being M.C.L.A. §§ 436.1701 through 436.1707 pertaining to alcohol, minors and intoxicated persons.
(B) The following sections of the Michigan Penal Code (Act 328 of 1931):
(1) Section 135a, being M.C.L.A. § 750.135a pertaining to minors unattended in vehicles.
(2) Section 141a, being M.C.L.A. § 750.141a pertaining to furnishing alcohol to minors.
(3) Section 145, being M.C.L.A. § 750.145 pertaining to contributing to the delinquency of minors.
(C) The Michigan Youth Tobacco Act (Act 31 of 1915); being M.C.L.A. §§ 722.641 through 722.645.
