(A) Pursuant to M.C.L.A. § 123.1103(a), the township hereby adopts by reference all misdemeanor provisions of the following sections of the Michigan Penal Code (Act 328 of 1931) punishable by up to 93 days in jail or less:
(1) M.C.L.A. § 750.223 pertaining to the sales of firearms.
(2) M.C.L.A. § 750.227d pertaining to the transportation of weapons in vehicles.
(3) M.C.L.A. § 750.232a pertaining to obtaining pistols without a license or with false identification.
(4) M.C.L.A. § 750.233 pertaining to aiming a firearm without malice.
(5) M.C.L.A. § 750.234d pertaining to prohibited firearm zones.
(6) M.C.L.A. § 750.234e pertaining to brandishing a firearm.
(7) M.C.L.A. § 750.234f pertaining to possession of a firearm by a minor in public.
(8) M.C.L.A. § 750.237 pertaining to possession or use of firearms under the influence.
(9) M.C.L.A. § 750.237a pertaining to possession of weapons in a weapon-free school zone.
(B) The township also adopts by reference Section 3 of Act 45 of 1952 being M.C.L.A. § 752.863a, pertaining to reckless use of a firearm.
