(A) Larceny. No person shall steal the property of another person, business or entity.
(B) Violation and penalties. Any person violating any provision of this subchapter is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by up to 93 days in jail, and/or a fine of not more than $500 plus the cost of prosecution and restitution.

(C) Enforcement. This subchapter shall be enforced by the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.
