§ 112.03 PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   Pursuant to Section 6 of the MRTMA, marihuana establishments are prohibited within the boundaries of the Township of Summit.
   (B)   Marijuana facilities are prohibited within the boundaries of the Township of Summit.
