(A) The operation, repair, and management of the Water Supply System, including water mains, pumping stations, storage facilities, and all facilities or appurtenances used in connection with the supplying and distributing of water to the residents of the township shall be under the supervision and control of the Township Board.
(B) The Township Board may make the rules, orders, and regulations as it deems necessary to assure the efficient management and operation of the Water Supply System.
