Pursuant to the provisions of the Michigan Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Code, in accordance with Section 8b(6) of 1972 PA 230 (M.C.L.A. § 125.1508b) the Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Code officials of the township are hereby designated as the enforcing agencies to discharge the responsibility of the township under Act 230 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1972. The Township of Summit, Jackson County, Michigan, assumes responsibility for the administration and enforcement of said Act throughout its corporate limits.
