§ 32.04 TOWNSHIP DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   The township shall not accept any responsibility for the repair, maintenance, or replacement of parts or equipment located on private property.
   (B)   (1)   It shall be the sole responsibility of the occupant, tenant, or owner of the property to maintain, repair, and replace any and all parts and equipment from their point of origin in the structure or on the property to the publicly owned force main or gravity main located in the public road right-of-way.
      (2)   The maintenance, repair, and replacement shall include but not be limited to motor failures, clogged lines, or malfunctioning electrical systems.
   (C)   To the extent that the township performs any of the above functions, it shall do so only as it determines in the best interest of the township in its sole discretion, and the cost of the services may be charged to the occupant, tenant, or owner of the structure or premises.
