§ 31.22 COST RECOVERY.
   (A)   The township shall have the right to apply to and receive from any court of competent jurisdiction its reasonable costs of response to citation for, arrest for, or prosecution of any township ordinance violation.
   (B)   The recovery of the costs may be had in any case, including dismissals upon payment of costs.
