§ 131.05 CIVIL FORFEITURE.
   Any drug paraphernalia used, sold, possessed with intent to use, sell, or deliver, or manufactured with the intent to use, sell, or deliver, in violation of this chapter, shall be seized and forfeited to Summit Township.
