Any business required by this subchapter to register with the township shall provide the following information to the Township Clerk:
(A) The name of the business;
(B) The address of the business;
(C) The owner of the business;
(D) The type of the business;
(E) A copy of the hazardous material response plan and material safety data sheets together with any changes in such plan or sheets.
