No secondhand dealer, junk dealer, or antique dealer shall purchase or receive by sale, barter, exchange, or otherwise, any junk, secondhand goods, or antiques:
(A) Between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.;
(B) From any person with the knowledge that the junk, secondhand goods, or antiques are stolen property; nor
(C) From any person under the age of 18 years. A photo ID shall be required to prove age.
