(A) All purchases made by the dealer, excluding clothing, furniture, or items acquired from a reputable company or dealer, must be reported to Summit Township within 24 hours of purchase, exclusive of weekends or holidays.
(B) Reporting must be done utilizing the forms provided by the township, requiring a thumbprint of the seller.
