§ 97.01 REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

(A) The township adopts by reference M.C.L.A. §§ 750.243a et seq., 750.243b, and the federal Safe Explosives Act of 2002, as if set forth fully in this code.

(B) The township adopts by reference the Michigan Fireworks Safety Act, M.C.L.A. §§ 28.451, et seq., as if set forth fully in this code.
