§ 94.04 OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Open burning and outdoor burning are prohibited in the township unless the burning is specifically permitted by this chapter.
   (B)   Open burning of refuse from all residential, office, commercial and industrial is prohibited.
