§ 93.27 EFFECTIVE DATE.

The provisions of this subchapter are hereby declared to be immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare and are hereby ordered to take immediate effect and be enforced from and after the earliest date allowed by law, and this subchapter is hereby ordered to be published in the manner allowed by law.
