(A) Anyone violating the provisions of § 91.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $500 and the costs of prosecution thereof, by imprisonment in the County Jail for a period not to exceed 30 days, or both.
(B) Each day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
(C) The imposition of any sentence shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of § 91.01.
