(A) The road construction must meet the standards of the Jackson County Road Commission, except that the curb, gutter, and blacktop surface standards may be waived or modified by the Township Board and/or the Planning Commission.
(B) The developer or seller must pave the private street or road entrance from the existing blacktop to the right-of-way line, which is usually 33 feet from the centerline of the road.
(C) The right-of-way line must be a minimum of 66 feet in width.
(D) (1) A height clearance from trees, brush, and other objects or obstructions must be at a minimum of 16 feet on the street/roadway surface.
(2) This height clearance is to be maintained at all times, through a regular clearing of obstructions by the property owner, the owner’s agent, or property occupant.
