§ 90.01 PERMITS, AGREEMENTS, AND REGISTRATION.

   (A)   A commercial driveway permit must be obtained from the Jackson County Road Commission for all private streets or roads accessing public streets or roads.

   (B)   All necessary easements and flowage agreements for drainage, as required by the Jackson County Road Commission, must be:

      (1)   Secured from the affected parties; and

      (2)   Recorded with the Jackson County Register of Deeds.
