(A) Parking shall be allowed without fee or charge at designated areas on properties owned by the Jackson Community College District.
(B) All the parking shall be in accordance with the directional lines designated in the parking areas.
(C) No vehicle, other than vehicles owned by the Community College District, shall be parked in designated areas anywhere on college or school premises, during the period of 12:00 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. unless the owner or operator is actually engaged in college or school business or employment.
(D) Any vehicle left unattended for 24 hours or longer, other than those engaged in college or school business, shall be considered abandoned.
