(A) Parking violation notices may be issued by a police officer or the other personnel duly authorized by the township to issue such a notice under this chapter. Limited duty officers shall be appointed by the Township Board, and a list of the officers shall be kept on file at the Parking Violations Bureau and the 12th District Court for the County of Jackson.
(B) A parking violation notice may be served by attaching a copy of the notice to the vehicle.
(C) The fines and costs for the parking violations set forth in this chapter shall be as established by resolution of the Township Board from time to time, and as set forth in Appendix A of this chapter which is hereby declared to be a part of this chapter.
(D) The fines and costs imposed by this chapter shall be in addition to any other remedies available to the township and shall not prescribe the township or its officers from issuing citations under the Uniform Traffic Code adopted by the township.
