(A) The Township Board hereby authorizes the Township Supervisor to appoint any person or persons to the Office of Ordinance Enforcement Officer for the term or terms, and for the compensation, as the Township Supervisor, in his or her sole discretion, may determine.
(B) The Supervisor may, further, remove any person from the office as the Supervisor, in his or her sole discretion, may determine.
