§ 71.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF PARKING VIOLATIONS BUREAU.

(A) There is hereby established a Parking Violations Bureau to accept fines and costs as prescribed by this chapter for the parking or standing of a motor vehicle in violation of this chapter.

(B) The Parking Violations Bureau shall be located in the Summit Township Hall at 2121 Ferguson Road, Jackson, Michigan, and shall be open during regular business hours of the township.
