(A) The township hereby adopts a revised monthly residential and commercial sewer usage rate over a 5-year period, to be billed quarterly commencing as of 4-1-2006, as follows:

(B) Monthly maintenance and replacement will remain at $4.25.
(C) The fees set forth in the above schedules shall be billed quarterly to all customers. The “connection fees” for utilizing the township sewer system shall remain the same.
