(A) The township shall bill and collect all sewer rates and charges on a quarterly basis.
(B) Bills will be mailed to each user on or about May 1, August 1, November 1, and February 1 each year, and shall be payable without penalty within 30 days after the date of the bill.
(C) Payment of the bill shall be made at a location and in a manner designated by the township.
