(A) All commercial users discharging into the Summit Township Sanitary Wastewater System shall be charged at the rate which shall be established by the Township Board, from time to time, by resolution. The rate established shall be multiplied by the number of cubic feet of water used by the business.
(B) Commercial water users may at their own cost install a second water meter to meter the water discharged for site or landscape purposes and not entering the sanitary wastewater system, and no sewer charge shall be made for such water usage.
(C) The sewer charge shall be based upon water usage as determined by water meter readings and shall be billed with the water bill at the rate which shall be established by the Township Board, from time to time, by resolution. The rate established shall be multiplied by the number of cubic feet of water used by the business.
(D) This section supersedes and replaces all previous resolutions of the Township Board dealing with the same subject matter.
