(A) No person shall discharge or cause to be discharged, to the public sewer system, any:
(1) Storm water;
(2) Surface water;
(3) Ground water;
(4) Water from footing drains;
(5) Roof runoff;
(6) Subsurface drainage;
(7) Unpolluted cooling water; or
(8) Unpolluted industrial process waters.
(B) Any premise connected to a storm sewer shall comply with county, state, and federal requirements as well as those of the township.
