(A) The cost of all repairs, operation, maintenance, and replacements of existing building sewers and their connection to public sewer systems shall be borne by the property owner.
(B) If the property owner has not granted an easement to the township to maintain the service connection, then the cost of all repairs, operation, maintenance, and replacement of the service connection shall also be borne by the property owner.
