The County Sheriff may make application to the Chief of the Ohio Division of Watercraft for permission to establish water zones and to place such buoys or signs upon waters within the County marking such zones, and to make special rules for the operation of watercraft as adopted by ordinance of County Council or the legislative authority of another governmental authority or political subdivision.
