(a) There is hereby created a Permanent Change Fund for use by the Department of Building Standards as described in subsections (b) and (c) hereof, for use in conducting its necessary daily business and duties and making various petty cash purchases needed by the Department.
(b) The Department shall issue a purchase order for one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) which shall be encumbered from the General Fund Account No. 0003-040-5402. The Department shall issue a warrant payable to the order of the Budget and Management Director. Such Director shall endorse and cash the warrant and deposit such money into the cash box to be used at the Department.
(c) The Permanent Change Fund shall remain at one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) unless modified by further action of Council.
