197.05 FISCAL OFFICER PETTY CASH FUND FROM LICENSE BUREAU FUND.

(a) There is hereby established a petty cash fund for the County Fiscal Officer's License Bureau Fund in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00).

(b) Such petty cash fund shall be funded from the License Bureau Fund in the manner prescribed by general law.
