197.01 PERMISSIVE SALES TAX FUND.

(EDITOR’S NOTE: By Resolution 97-514, adopted October 6, 1997, Council authorized the elimination of the separate Sales and Use Tax Fund as of December 31, 1997, and directed that thereafter all Sales Tax receipts be paid into the General Fund.)
