The Revolving Loan Fund Committee shall hold regular monthly meetings as necessary on the third Thursday of every month, except for legally recognized holidays. If a regular meeting conflicts with a legal holiday or a quorum is unattainable, the meeting will be held on the fourth Thursday of the month. Special meetings may be called by the president, vice-president or chairperson.
