There is hereby established the Summit County Revolving Loan Fund Committee. The County Executive shall appoint nine members as follows:
One member representing the County’s legal counsel;
One member representing the County’s low to moderate income citizens;
One member experienced as a certified public accountant;
Six members representing a cross section of area lending institutions, community businesses and other areas as sought necessary to objectively review and present recommendations on economic development loan applications;
One member representing County Council.
Three members shall serve for three-year terms, three members shall serve for two-year terms and four members shall serve for one-year terms. All members shall serve without compensation.
