191.01 USE OF LOCAL FIRMS REQUIRED.

No industrial development bond shall be issued by Summit County pursuant to Ohio Constitution Article VIII, Section 13, and Ohio R.C. Chapter 165 unless the user or other nonpublic beneficiary of the project to be constructed with the proceeds of the issue has agreed to use local firms for such construction.
