174.07 FORM OF AGREEMENT.

The County Fiscal Officer shall develop the form of the agreement set forth in Section 174.03, which shall incorporate any terms and conditions that are set forth in this Chapter, in addition to any terms and conditions that are necessary to effectively administer the Plan and that

are not in conflict with this Chapter.
