173.03 TAXPAYER TO PARTICIPATE IN FINANCIAL AND BUDGET PLANNING.

As a condition of participation in the Fiscal Officer’s Extended Delinquent Tax Payment Plan, the Fiscal Officer may require the taxpayer to participate in financial and budget planning services designated by the County, the cost of which shall be borne by the Delinquent Tax Annual budget.
