(a) Non-Probationary Employees. Performance evaluations shall be administered on an annual basis by the appointing authority for all employees of such appointing authority. The evaluation shall be placed in the personnel file of each employee.
(b) Probationary Employees. Performance evaluations shall be administered at least two (2) times during the probationary period by the appointing authority for all employees on probation within the appointing authority’s jurisdiction. The evaluations shall be placed in the personnel file of each employee.
(c) Appointing Authority Requirements. Each appointing authority shall have a written procedure for completing timely performance evaluations for employees working for the appointing authority.
