Trustees shall serve a three (3) year term commencing January 1 and ending December 31 beginning with the first term which shall commence January 1, 1993 and end on December 31, 1996. In the absence of a new appointment, the former member shall continue to serve until replaced. There shall be no limitation on the number of terms served by a trustee.
