(a) The Board of Trustees of the Metro Regional Transit Authority shall, subject ot the provisions of subsection (b) hereof, be enlarged to twelve (12) members. The Trustees shall be appointed as follows: six (6) by the City of Akron, three (3) by the County of Summit and one(1) each by the cities of Barberton, Cuyahoga Falls and Stow.
(b) Initially, the City of Akron shall appoint two (2) Trustees for a one-year term, two (2) Trustees for a two-year term and two (2) Trustees for a three-year term; the County of Summit shall appoint one (1) Trustee for a one-year term, one (1) Trustee for a two-year term and one (1) Trustee for a three-year term. In the case of Trustees appointed by the City of Barberton, the City of Cuyhoga Falls, and teh City of Stow, one (1) Trustee shall serve for a one-year term, one (1) Trustee for a two-year term, and one (1) Trustee for a three-year term, such respective terms to be determined by lot in such manner as the Secretary-Treasurer of the Transit Authority shall determine.
