The Facility Governing Board shall consist of no less than six (6) members who shall serve without compensation. One-third of the appointments to the Board shall be made by the County Executive with confirmation by County Council. Initial terms will be for one, two and three years. Subsequent terms shall be for three years. Two-thirds of the appointments are made by the Judicial Advisory Board. Judges of the Common Pleas Court shall not serve on the Board. The County Executive may remove any member of the Board for inefficiency, neglect or malfeasance in office. (Ord. 2007-075. Adopted 2-12-07.)
