162.02 COMPOSITION AND MEETINGS.

(a) The members of the Criminal Justice Operations Commission shall serve for two-year terms, without compensation and shall meet on a regularly established schedule. The Commission shall be composed of seven (7) members as follows:

(1) Sheriff or representative

(2) Judge of the Court of Common Pleas

(3) Two Judges of a municipal court

(4) Two Police Chiefs/representatives

(5) Prosecutor or representative.
