Survey drawings for major subdivisions shall conform to the Ohio Administrative Code (OAC) Chapter 4733-37 minimum standards for boundary surveys in the state of Ohio and to County of Summit, Ohio standards for approval of plats and legal descriptions used real property conveyances which are current at the time of recording. Other requirements in this sample drawing are in addition to and shall not be constructed to replace the above mentioned requirements as stated in OAC 4733-37 and in the County of Summit conveyance standards.
