The County Executive shall appoint the following persons, or designees, as members of the Board, subject to confirmation by County Council:
(a) The Executive Director of the Summit County Children Services Board (“SCCSB”);
(b) The Summit County Health Commissioner;
(c) The Summit County Medical Examiner;
(d) The Summit County Sheriff;
(e) A public health official;
(f) The Executive Director of the Summit County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board;
(g) A physician who holds a certificate issued pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Chapter 4731 authorizing the practice of medicine and surgery or osteopathic medicine and surgery, practices in pediatric or family medicine and currently practices pediatric or family medicine; and
(h) Any other members the County Executive deems necessary for the operation of the Review Board, subject to confirmation by County Council. The members of the Review Board shall elect a chairperson on an annual basis.
