The Summit Family and Children First Council is hereby designated to serve as the County of Summit’s child abuse and child neglect prevention advisory board pursuant to Section 121.37(B) of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended. The Council shall meet in the capacity of a child abuse and child neglect advisory board at least twice a year and shall exercise the powers and perform the duties provided by Chapter 121 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended.
