Pursuant to House Bill 317, the Community Mental Health Board now has added representatives of alcohol and drug addiction services and is now called the "Summit County Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Board" consisting of eighteen (18) members for a term of four (4) years. Four (4) members shall be appointed by the Director of Mental Health, four (4) members shall be appointed by the Director of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services, and ten (10) members shall be appointed by the County Executive. The members appointed by the Directors shall comply with the requirements of Ohio law. The Board shall be governed by the Ohio Revised Code.
