148A.01 Provision of Services, Materials, Equipment, Office Facilities, Employees by Executive and Fiscal Officer.

   (a)    The County Executive and County Fiscal Officer may provide administrative services, materials, equipment, office facilities or other personal property to a county land reutilization corporation organized under Chapter 1724 of the Ohio Revised Code through an agreement entered into between the County and the county land reutilization corporation.

   (b)    The County Executive and County Fiscal Officer may provide employees to provide services to a county land reutilization corporation organized under Chapter 1724 of the Ohio Revised Code through an agreement entered into between the County and the county land reutilization corporation. Any employee of the County Executive or County Fiscal Officer who provides services under such an agreement shall not be considered an employee of the county land reutilization corporation during the provision of services, but shall remain an employee of the County.

   (c)    Any administrative services, materials, equipment, office facilities, other personal property or employees provided by the County Executive or County Fiscal Officer to the Summit County Land Reutilization for the formation and operation of the same prior to the effective date of this section is hereby expressly authorized and ratified by the County Council and this section.
