146.03 DUTIES OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ADVISORY COMMITTEE.

   The IT Advisory Committee shall perform the following duties:

   (a)    Advise the IT Board on the strategic direction of the Board and the Office of Information Technology;

   (b)    Advise the IT Board on the best methods to provide transparency, collaboration and engagement concerning information technology;

   (c)    Review the operating and capital budgets for the IT Board and the Office of Information Technology and advise the IT Board concerning the same;

   (d)    Advise the IT Board on critical information technology decisions;

   (e)    Advise the IT Board on proposed processes, policies and procedures concerning information technology; and

   (e)    Any other duties prescribed by the IT Board.
